So, passing this message along because Kajin can't... he says he noticed a while back that his sluggy.net account was using an old email. He tired to upgrade his account to use his new email address. Unfortunately, this rendered his account inactive until such time as he could respond to a verification email - which he can't, as he didn't receive the verification email.
He tried creating a new account, but proved unable to do so (as, once again, no activation email was sent). He says he's checked his spam folder 'a dozen times a day' and it's not in there. Could someone perhaps have a look at this?
