Wednesday is a lot like Miss Addams. The both go by the same name, and they both will appear lackadaisical when torturing you but are stoically enjoying it. On a related note: Saw the play The Addams Family at my local civic theatre not too long ago. It was really good.---- Vote for Sluggy Freelance at Top Web Comics. Remember to vote EACH day. Okay, not only did he not back down immediately after, he turned his back and ignored Bun-Bun's threat completely.
I think we finally just got Torg back as the leader.

I think we finally just got Torg back as the leader. And Bun-Bun' s expression as Torg turns his back...flabbergasted But have we seen Torg request a report? It seems troubling.

Ka-Click! I don't think we've ever seen Torg stand up to Bun-Bun this long :D I believe in transfusions and traction! No need for a demonstration! I also love Bun-Bun's face as Torg turns away. :D

This just doesn't seem right to me. Sure there's always been the implication that Bun-Bun's violent jerkiness is just comic and he actually cares about Torg and Co. I get that he wouldn't actually kill them. But it's inconceivable to me that he's not already hurting them. The Oasis thing is a much bigger deal than previous "slights" against him that he reacted violently to. In this case, he actually has legitimate reason to be angry. And he's just going to react to Torg telling him "no" by saying "convince me"? I have trouble buying it. Sure, he'll probably hurt Torg afterward just for good measure, but it just seems off to me that he's even waiting for Torg to make his case.

When a meek nerdnoy stands up to him, this is EXACTLY when he's going to listen. Nerdboy (almost) never does that. This must be important. He's going to respect him for it, even if he doesn't show it.
Also, these are not nerdboy upgrades. Torg has kicked tons of ass for a long time now. He's just been angry and tired since Sam 'died' and he dropped everything on Riff.
Bunbun was the one who said the fight against HC was doomed if Torg left. Well now he's back. Bunbun can re-evaluate his assessment now. Bunbun isn't stupid or going soft just for that. (And yes, probably still beat the crap out of him after everything is done and over)
